Welcome to the new OWS Software website.
We just said goodbye to the old Joomla based thing that served us for the last year. It had a lot of problems and couldn't reflect our company anymore. New site is better written, and has a lot of advantages like support tickets system, new forum, more clear checkout system and much better layout and navigation.

This is a small release with some functionality that supposed to be in 1.2.0 but wasn't there.

Meta Keywords and Meta Description could be added/edited through the admin interface for Deals/Coupons/Stores and Categories.
Each category could have its own description.
If you have a custom template and you like to have bigger or smaller images - now you can set up maximum image width and height in the settings.
Custom Rank - you can sort you items by this field. For example you may want some coupons always appear on top for the particular store or category.
Free Shipping Chechbox. - You can mark deals with this checkbox and use this in the template or you can create "Free Shipping Deals" page. read more...

Main Script functionality:
- New Admin panel. Clean, easy to operate layout and new features. 
  - Dashboard. Shows some technical and statistical data as well as latest released version on OWS Server and most useful shortcuts.
  - All settings have appropriate controls. (you don't need to type you template name anymore, you could just select it from the drop-down list)
  - User management. You can add/delete users and manage theirs publishing rights.
  - Delayed publishing. Specify start time and you can publish seals and coupons in advance.
  - Bulk Delete You ca delete deals based on expired deals, deals with no expiration date or by any other criteria.
  - Automatic currency sign for the prices.
  - Quick Ajax lookups for stores/users/deals
  - New! Smart RSS Import tool. System will try to guess tags and categories during import based on the deal title.
- New user management system. We dropped mytoppix forum from the installation. By default script will come with its own user management system.
- Users with publishing rights are not going to the admin panel to post new deal. Everything is done within the main template.
- New simple comments system instead of forum. (registered users can just post comments, guests have to enter anti-spam captcha code).
- Add/Manage Custom pages. Add "About Us", "Privacy Policy" or any other custom page right from the admin panel.
- Template Based e-mail system. Customize the layout and contents of e-mails from your site using the same smarty-based templates.

Site functionality:

Site functionality is completely based on templates so we could not called this new features.
We just add new template examples to show how powerful is the system. A lot of people asking for "Coupons only" configuration, so some of this features mostly suitable for this type of sites)

- Coupons by Store, Coupons by Category
- Deals can be grouped by Dates with Collapse/Expand functionality.

Here is some news:

1. Long awaited update is coming up. Version 1.0.1 will be released on Jan 10.

There are a lot of new features including:

- New user management system. Administrator can delegate deal publishing rights to specifieed users. This feature opens a new potentional income stream for the site owner. Users can purchase deals publishing packages. Administrator can define if deals from the scpecific user requred an approval or will be published automatically.

- CJ Datafeed integration. Very fast way to search and insert products from the CJ Merchants.

- Localization. We introdused a special language file, so the interface translation can be done easely.

- Some Bug fixes and perfomance optimizations.

2. We start publishing some user manuals.
